We are pleased to inform all our customers, suppliers and business partners that our company Golfo Suplemento Latino has been awarded a contract for the operation of one of the blocks tendered in Round 2.3 of the Energy Reform bids.
Last December 8, 2017, GSL received the letter from the National Hydrocarbons Commission, where our company was officially awarded the contract for the operation and exploitation of Contractual Area number 6 of Round 2.3. Said area, also known as VC-01, is located in the state of Veracruz and has a land extension of 192.9 km2 within which the Tres Higueras, Plan de Oro and Lagartos fields are located, whose main hydrocarbon content is wet gas.
Undoubtedly the award of this contract area means the beginning of a new stage in the history of GSL and the consortium of which it is part (together with ROMA Energy and SUMIMSA), which will open new and very interesting possibilities for GSL as well as for its commercial partners and suppliers.
